Terms and Conditions
- Information on the offer (“Offer”) and how to claim a Money-Back Claim form part of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Participation in this Offer is deemed acceptance of these Terms. Only claims submitted in accordance with these Terms may participate.
- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter and associated companies, agencies and pharmacies and their immediate families are ineligible. This Promotion is not available to Practitioner Customers and is only available to first-time purchasers of a Participating Product.

4. If a Participating Product has a Multi-Buy offer [2-Pack, or more], only the 1-Pack offering is considered a Participating Product.
5. The Offer allows Eligible Customers to try one (1) Participating Product following the usage instructions on the product label. If the Eligible Customer is not completely satisfied for any reason after completing the Minimum Usage Period applicable to the Participating Product purchased, the Eligible Customer have the opportunity to claim a Money-Back Claim of their Applicable Purchase Price paid for that Participating Product (“Money-Back Claim”).
6. The promotional purchase period commences in Australia at 9:00am AEST on Sunday, 1 March 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Thursday, 31 December 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
7. Final claims must be received by the Promoter by 11:59pm AEST on the applicable date above (“Claim Date”).
8. This Promotion is only available on purchases made via the official Metagenics Australia website at www.metagenics.com.au. Purchases made through any other retailers, physical stores or third‑party websites are not eligible
9. To be eligible to claim a Money-Back Claim, proof of purchase is required, and Eligible Customers must be one of the [first 300] (Australia) Eligible Customers to complete the following steps:
a. Purchase one (1) Participating Product from www.metagenics.com.au during the Promotional Period;
b. Use the Participating Product strictly in accordance with the dosage and usage instructions on the product label for the minimum usage period applicable to the Participating Product purchased;
c. No sooner than the end of the applicable Minimum Usage Period and by the applicable Claim Date, visit https://www.metagenics.com.au/pages/money-back-guarantee and complete the online claim form, providing:
i. Full Name
ii. Email Address
iii. Metagenics order number clearly showing the Participating Product purchased, purchase date (during the Promotional Period), and Applicable Purchase Price paid.
d. Upon validation, receive a Prezzee Digital Gift Card equal to the purchase price paid, up to the Applicable Purchase Price.
10. Claims are deemed received at the time they are received by the Promoter, not at the time of submission by the Eligible Customer.
11. There is a limit of one (1) claim per household based on residential address.
12. Eligible Customers must keep their original itemised purchase receipt as proof of purchase for their claim. The purchase receipt must clearly identify the product/s purchased (which must be the Participating Product) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Promotional Period).
13. Eligible Customers will receive a notification via email once their claim has been received.
14. The first 300 (Australia) Eligible Customers who submit a valid claim and comply with the Terms will receive a Money-Back Claim. It is the responsibility of each claimant to ensure that accurate details are provided. If a Money-Back Claim is returned undeliverable or is not accepted or claimed by 11:59pm AEST (as relevant) of the Claim Date of the Participating Product, the relevant claim will be deemed invalid.
15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any claims not received. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected claims.
16. Incomplete, illegible or incorrect claims are not eligible to receive a Money-Back Claim.
17. Money-Back Claims will only be awarded following all validation and verification requirements of the Promoter being met to its satisfaction. Money-Back Claims are not transferable or exchangeable.
18. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants. If requested by the Promoter, Eligible Customers must produce via email, within the time requested by the Promoter at its absolute discretion, appropriate photo identification or other documentation required by the Promoter to verify their identity, age and eligibility to participate in the Offer and claim a Money-Back Claim and compliance with these Terms. If the items required by the Promoter are not received or an Eligible Customer has not been verified to the satisfaction of the Promoter within the time period required by the Promoter, their claim will be deemed invalid.
19. If any dispute arises between you and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this Offer or claiming a Money-Back Claim, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider your point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence you put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time. In all other respects, the Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this Offer is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. If this Offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by law, to disqualify any claimant or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Offer, as appropriate subject to any necessary approval by the relevant regulatory authorities. Where it is practical for it to do so, the Promoter will notify you of such changes.
21. The Promoter, the Promoter's related entities, stores participating in the Offer and all agencies associated with the Offer, and the employees, agents, directors and contractors of all entities referred to in this clause, shall not be liable for any loss or claim, action, demand, liability, damage, cost, expense or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to any direct, indirect or consequential loss), incurred, suffered or sustained by any person or entity (without limitation) in connection with, or arising from, the Offer or the acceptance or use of a Money-Back Claim, except that which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law).
22. The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows a claimant to automatically claim repeatedly is prohibited and will render all claims submitted by that claimant invalid.
23. Any cost associated with accessing the Promoter’s website is the claimant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
24. The Promoter may communicate or advertise this offer using Facebook or other various social media platforms. However, the offer is no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or any other social media platforms. Claimants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook or any other social media platform. Each claimant completely releases Facebook and any other social media platform from any and all liability.
25. Nothing in these Terms limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) as well as any other implied warranties under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia ("Non-Excludable Guarantees"). Claimants may have additional remedies available to them under Australian law.
26. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the offer, including: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim or Money-Back Claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (e) use of the Money-Back Claim.
27.The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications arising from Money-Back Claims. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where this offer involves, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, claimants will follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
28.The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors and service providers, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at Privacy policy – Metagenics. You may be offered the optional opportunity to receive coupons, newsletters, informational materials, marketing communications, or other special promotions, or other offers from the Promoter. You will not be contacted for marketing purposes unless you have provided your express consent. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how claimants may, access, update or correct their PI, how claimants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose claimants' personal information to any entity outside of Australia.
29. Please report any Adverse Reactions and side effects to Metagenics within 24 hours, by calling 1800 777 648 (Australia). Health-related feedback received through this promotion will be assessed in accordance with our pharmacovigilance obligations under the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 and may be reported to the TGA. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.
