How soon will I feel relief from menopause symptoms?

A daily dose of Estrovera® is shown to reduce the number and severity of hot flushes within 4 weeks. By 12 weeks (3 months), Estrovera® helped 80% of women reduce symptoms including hot flushes, sleep disturbances, irritability, mild joint pain and muscle aches, low libido, vaginal dryness and fatigue.​1​ 

In a 2023, Metagenics investigated the effectiveness of Estrovera®.​2​ Patient insights were gathered from 446 women who had taken Estrovera® for 90 days, who reported that:

Is Estrovera® hormone-free?

Yes, Estrovera® is a hormone-free plant extract from the root of Rheum rhaponticum. This special extract, called ERr 731® contains concentrated plant compounds which act on specific oestrogen receptors throughout the body which helps to relieve menopausal symptoms.​3​  It is found safe in both animal studies and clinical trials where it shown to improve women’s quality of life and reduce menopausal symptoms without elevating oestrogen levels.​1,4​ 

What happens if I stop taking Estrovera®?

Stopping Estrovera® may result in symptoms returning although women may safely resume taking. However, symptoms may not reappear if a woman has completed her menopausal transition.

What if Estrovera® does not relieve my menopausal symptoms?

Whilst Estrovera® is shown to help most women, around 10% report no improvement. This may be due to other existing health concerns, or the effects of diet, exercise, lifestyle or stress overriding the soothing benefits of Estrovera®.
