Refund policy
We accept the following claims for refunds or exchanges:
- Incorrect goods received,
- Goods damaged in transit
- Or other fault/s
Claims must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your order. It is your responsibility to inspect the products upon delivery before opening them.
Metagenics does not provide refunds or exchanges for changes of mind, taste preferences, or perceived lack of results.
To qualify for a return, products must remain unopened and in their original condition, even in the event of incorrect supply. If the entire order is returned, shipping costs will also be reimbursed.
Return Process
- To initiate a refund or exchange request, please contact the Metagenics Customer Support team at info@metagenics.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Include your name and order invoice number, along with a brief description of the issue (e.g., Incorrect items received) and supporting documents or images.
- Please be aware that incorrect, damaged, or faulty goods must be returned before a refund can be issued. Our customer support team will provide instructions on how to return your products free of charge.
- Upon receipt of the returned goods, a refund or exchange will be promptly arranged.
If your order is refunded, please allow approximately 3-5 business days for your funds to be processed, depending on your bank and method of payment.
All refunds will be processed in AUD, and in the original payment method.
Nothing in these Terms alters any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
