How does it work?

If you’re on an existing subscription model, your current plan and discount will remain the same. If you cancel, you won’t be able to re‑join the old single‑item plan. Frequently Asked Questions
If I cancel my existing 10% subscription by mistake, can I restore it?
No. Once cancelled, the legacy plan cannot be reinstated.
If I pause my old subscription, will I lose it?
No. Paused subscriptions remain eligible for the legacy discount.
Why does my friend see different subscription options to me?
Customers with legacy subscriptions retain their old plans. New customers see the new tiered model.
Do all products have the same tiers?
No. Most products will follow the 1/2/3 tier model, but some products will use alternative frequencies based on dosage.
Can I change between tiers later?
Yes. Customers can cancel their current subscription and enrol into another eligible tier if available for that product.
Can I still subscribe to a single item and get 10% off?
No. New subscriptions use the new tiered model. The flat 10% single-item offer is no longer available for new subscriptions.
When will my subscription start?
Your subscription will begin immediately, with your first order picked and packed for delivery within a few days of completing your purchase.
Please note that delayed subscription starts are not available.
How can I pause, skip or cancel my product subscription?
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription by accessing ‘Manage Subscriptions’ under the My Account section on our website or at the bottom of your subscription emails.
Simply click ‘More Options’ to select pause, skip, or cancel. You can update your upcoming delivery up to 24 hours before shipment using the instructions above.
What if I run out before my next delivery?
Bringing forward your next delivery is simple! Visit the 'Manage Subscriptions' section under 'My Account' on our website or click the link at the bottom of your subscription emails.
Locate the subscription you want to bring forward and select 'Order Now.' A pop-up will appear to confirm if you'd like to proceed with the order.
What notifications will I receive regarding subscriptions?
You’ll receive an email reminder about your upcoming subscription delivery 4 days before it ships, giving you ample time to modify your order if necessary.
Additionally, you’ll be promptly notified via email if there are any payment processing issues or if an item in your subscription is out of stock.
What is the cut-off time for editing my upcoming order?
You can make changes to your upcoming orders anytime up until 24 hours before your subscription renewal date. After that point, the 'edit' option will no longer be available, as your order will already be in the process of being picked and packed for delivery.
How do I update my delivery address?
To update your delivery address, visit the 'Manage Subscriptions' section under 'My Account' on our website or click the link at the bottom of your subscription emails.
Under 'Upcoming Orders,' click the shipping dropdown and select the three dots to edit your delivery address or add a new one.
What happens if the products in my subscription are out of stock?
We work tirelessly to ensure a sufficient level of stock is available to fulfil our subscription orders.
From time to time, factors outside of our control (i.e. global supply shortages of ingredients or world-wide events impacting supply or shipping) may impact our ability to keep product in stock.
In these instances, you will be notified by email and will not be charged for this shipment. When the product comes back in stock, your next upcoming delivery will resume as normal.
Can I update my subscription quantity or frequency?
To update your subscription quantity or frequency, go to the 'Manage Subscriptions' section under 'My Account' on our website or click the link at the bottom of your subscription emails.
Find the subscription you'd like to update and select either the quantity or frequency to adjust from the available options.
Can I get everything on subscription?
Unfortunately, there are some products that cannot be offered on subscription due to the treatment nature of their formulations. We have also chosen not to offer a subscription for some pack sizes as the single pack will last a longer time than would be feasible for a frequent delivery.
If a product is not available for subscription, you will still be able to make a one-time purchase.
How will my order be packaged & shipped?
All our orders are packaged in plain cardboard boxes, with a postage delivery note attached to the outside.
Inside, products are carefully wrapped in Geami Paper — a sustainable and effective alternative to bubble wrap — and further secured with packing peanuts to prevent damage during transit. These peanuts are made from eco-friendly vegetable starch and dissolve easily in warm water.

What happens if I choose supplements with different subscription frequency options?
To help you get the most out of your subscription, we've designed a system that can combine shipments when multiple products are scheduled to ship around the same time.
If you select products with different delivery frequencies, we’ll automatically check whether the upcoming orders fall within a 10-day range of each other. If they do, they’ll be combined and shipped together saving you on shipping costs and reducing packaging.
Here’s how it works:
- When two orders are due within the defined day range, we’ll combine them into one shipment.
- Only two orders can be combined at a time.
- The later order will be merged with the earlier one.
- Both orders must use the same shipping address and payment method.
Can I use AfterPay and PayPal in 4 to subscribe?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide Buy Now Pay Later payment options on our subscription service, including AfterPay and PayPal in 4.
