Description

Metagen Activated B’s & Folate contains high potency nutrients to help prevent dietary folate and vitamin B12 deficiency. It is beneficial in reducing homocysteine levels - a marker of cardiovascular system health. It also helps assist methylation, an important cellular biological process involving folate, B12 along with other nutrients. This formula assists the production of healthy red blood cells and contains activated B2 and B6, in addition to folate and B12, which helps relieve symptoms of stress and support cognitive function.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings

Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6].

Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
