Male Essentials Multivitamin and Mineral has been formulated with the full suite of B vitamins, highly absorbable minerals, as well as the liver cleansing herb, milk thistle. 

This comprehensive formula supports energy production, cognitive and brain health and cardiovascular function. A generous dose of zinc is included to support healthy male reproductive hormones and immune health. Take one tablet daily to support vitality and full body wellness.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Not to be taken by children under 2 years old.
Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6].
