Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet three times daily.
For magnesium supplementation: Take 1 tablet daily.

Warnings

Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. Contains vitamin B6.

However, some people may still experience loose stools or diarrhea when taking high doses of magnesium. If this happens, try reducing your dose by half, e.g. Instead of taking two serves per day, cut down to one serve. You can then gradually increase it over a week or two to find the optimal dose for you.
