Directions

Adults & Children 12+ Years: Take 1 capsule daily.
Children 2-12 Years: To reduce symptoms of allergic rhinitis: Empty & mix contents of 1 capsule daily into water, juice or milk (warm or cold).
Or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Capsules can be pulled apart and powder added to food or liquid if preferred.
