"My mother and I have just started our second bottle each as we prefer herbal medicine to chemicals. We both have found beneficial results in taking this tablet, no more runny noses or sneezing and we took 2 a day for the first few weeks then cut it down to 1 a day. Very happy with the results as we suffer fairly badly from sinus and hayfever. I would recommend this product as a alternative to chemical treatments."
