Description

EnergyX is a great-tasting formula that supports energy production and helps relieve fatigue*. It contains Magnesium bisglycinate, an exclusive form of magnesium with enhanced bioavailability. EnergyX also includes nutrients that support energy levels, muscle function, and cognitive function, especially under stress. Iodine, zinc, and selenium assist in thyroid hormone production and overall thyroid health.

Directions

Adults only: Add 2 level scoops (9.5g) to 200mL of water twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings

This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
The recommended daily dose of this medicine contains 165 mg of sodium and 105 mg of potassium.
Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.

If this happens, try reducing your dose by half, e.g. Instead of taking two serves per day, cut down to one serve. You can then gradually increase it over a week or two to find the optimal dose for you.
