Frequently asked questions

Why are only 13 nutrients highlighted when the ingredient list contains 15 nutrients?

While UltraFlora Probiotic + Multivitamin contains 15 nutrients + 2 probiotics, 13 key nutrients are called out because they meet the Recommended Daily Intake (RDI) and are considered essential for daily nutritional support.

For example, Iron is included at 5 mg, is a meaningful amount for a multivitamin but does not meet the full RDI, which is why it is not counted among the “key nutrients.” This level was chosen to balance nutritional support with safety, as higher doses may not be suitable for all individuals.

If ever unsure, we recommend consulting with your healthcare practitioner to determine if this product is suitable for you.

Why doesn’t this product contain Magnesium or Calcium?

Magnesium and Calcium are essential minerals, but they’re needed in much larger amounts than other nutrients. Including effective doses would require very large tablets or multiple capsules. Small amounts often used in multivitamins provide limited benefit and may interfere with the absorption of other minerals. In addition, Magnesium and Calcium absorb best when taken separately, in specific forms and doses.

Is this product suitable for pregnant or lactating women, or children?

UltraFlora Probiotic + Multivitamin is not recommended during pregnancy or lactation, or for children. Although adverse effects are unlikely, discontinue use once pregnancy is confirmed.
