Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days prior to shipment, and this processing time is not included in delivery time estimates.
Cold Shipping
Refrigerated items are shipped via express courier with an ice pack to help maintain temperature control during transit.
Although the ice pack may melt if the package is left unattended, our probiotics remain effective and retain full label strength for up to 7 days at temperatures under 30°C. Please re-refrigerate upon delivery and use within 6 months for optimal potency.
Orders containing refrigerated items placed after 2:00 pm AEST on Thursdays will be shipped on the next business day to prevent extended storage times over the weekend.
Please note: We do not deliver refrigerated items to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers to ensure temperature control during delivery. For best results, select a delivery location where you can receive your package promptly.
