UltraFlora Triple Action Biotic combines prebiotics, probiotics, and postbiotics to feed good bacteria to helps keep your gut healthy. It supports digestion, reduces bloating, and helps your body absorb nutrients better.

UltraFlora Triple Action Biotic contains three key ingredients. This includes partially hydrolysed guar gum (PHGG), which fuels the growth of good gut bacteria. It also contains B. animalis spp. lactis BB-12™ probiotic, which add live good bacteria to your gut, as well as B. longum ES1 postbiotic that helps reduce gut inflammation and bloating, and supports the gut lining.

A postbiotic is a type of specially prepared bacteria or yeast that supports your health when taken as a supplement. Unlike probiotics, postbiotics don’t need to stay alive in your gut to work. They’re more stable, easier to store and transport, and have a strong safety record.

In a clinical study, people noticed regular bowel motions, less bloating and reduced pain after 4-12 weeks [1],[2] Some may feel better sooner. You can take it daily for ongoing gut support.

The safety of these ingredients has not been conclusively established during pregnancy or breastfeeding. For this reason, it's not recommended during pregnancy of breastfeeding.
