Can I take this while pregnant or breastfeeding?

UltraFlora LGG is suitable whilst pregnant or breastfeeding. We do recommend UltraFlora Mother and Baby as it has been specifically formulated for this lifestage.

Do I need to swallow the whole capsule, or can I open the capsule and mix it into food and drinks?

You can break the capsule and mix it into drinks or food. We don't recommend mixing with hot water as this may impact the effectiveness of the probiotic strains.

Is Ultra Flora LGG® Forte suitable for vegetarians and vegans?

Yes. LGG® is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. It does not use any animal-derived products within its manufacturing processes, including the capsules the product comes in.
