Adults only:
For thermogenesis: Take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the afternoon with food.

For metabolism support: Take 1 tablet, three times daily (with each main meal), at least 3 hours apart.

Contains 53mg total caffeine per tablet. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80mg of caffeine. Caffeine intake more than 200mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
