Description

PMS Ease assists in the relief of premenstrual symptoms such as irritability, mood swings, tiredness and breast tenderness. PMS Ease contains and extract equivalent to 2.0 grams of Vitex angus-castus fruit which assist in the regulation of the menstrual cycle and healthy hormonal balance.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet once daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

Vitex agnus-castus may affect hormones and medicines such as oral contraceptives. Consult your health professional before use.

Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6].

If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
