Omega Care for Kids has been designed to provide a pleasant tasting natural source of omega-3 fatty acids for children, to support healthy growth and development. Omega-3 EPA and DHA fatty acids play a crucial role in the health of various bodily systems including brain, eyes and nervous system.

Metagenics fish oils are Friend of the Sea certified, endorsing eco-friendly, sustainable fishing practices. Omega Care for Kids is a purified fish oil sourced from wild, ocean fresh, cold-water fish in an unsweetened, natural fruity flavour.

Directions

Shake well before use. Mix into juice or water, or take directly off the spoon.

Children 0 to 2 years: Take 1/2 metric teaspoon (2.5mL) once daily.

Children 2 to 5 years: Take 1 metric teaspoon (5.0mL) once daily.

Children 5 to 12 years: Take 1 metric teaspoon (5.0mL) twice daily.
