The specialised Zinc bisglycinate (Meta Zn®) in MetaZinc has also been shown to optimise male reproductive health and improve sperm production. Available in two convenient sizes, MetaZinc is an easily absorbed, low-nausea supplement tailored to meet your immune health needs.

Directions

Adults and children over 14 years:
Acute: Take 1 tablet daily with food.
Maintenance: Take ½ tablet daily with food. Or take as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings

Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period. Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6]. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
