MetaRelax® is perfect for daily use, to be taken once or twice daily, preferably morning and afternoon, with meals.

Is MetaRelax® Daily suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

MetaRelax® Daily contains magnesium bisglycinate, a well-absorbed form that’s gentle on the stomach. At 1 tablet daily, its magnesium, zinc, and vitamin C levels are within safe limits for pregnancy and breastfeeding. However, we recommend checking with your healthcare practitioner to confirm if it’s right for you.

Is MetaRelax® Daily suitable for vegetarians and vegans?

Yes. It’s vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Can I give this to children?

This product is designed for adults. For children’s magnesium and stress support, we recommend Fibroplex MagActive for Kids.
