Description

High Strength BioEssentials supports daily vitality, health and wellbeing and reduces nutritional insufficiencies. With activated B vitamins plus chromium, it supports energy production, glucose metabolism and cognitive function. 

The minerals included such as iron, magnesium and zinc are in easily absorbed forms, for more effective uptake into the body. Antioxidants such as selenium, vitamin E and betacarotene help protect healthy body cells from free radical damage.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet twice daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings

This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Not to be taken by children under 2 years old.
Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6]
If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
