This vegan-friendly formula is designed to be taken once daily to maintain maternal health. After the baby's birth, simply empty the contents of 1 capsule and mix it with breast milk, formula, or water once daily to support the baby's gut flora and immune health.

- Pregnancy Care Advanced Multivitamin: Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
- This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. When trying to conceive and during the first trimester of pregnancy, folic acid helps to prevent neural tube defects (NTD) such as spina bifida and/or anencephaly.
- Do not exceed the stated dose except on medical advice. If you have had a baby with a neural tube defect/spina bifida, seek medical advice.
- Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6]
