Description

Super Multi Plus is a complex of nutrients and herbs that works to support mental and physical performance with Siberian ginseng, assist energy production with vitamin B5, relieve stress with vitamin B6, and support the liver with milk thistle.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with food. Or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Warnings

Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6].

This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
