Directions for Use (Adults only)
For muscle relaxation:
Mix 5 g (1 level scoop) into 120 mL of water, twice daily.
At the first sign of mild migraine or headache:
Mix 10 g (2 level scoops) into 120 mL of water, once daily.
Or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Store below 30°C.
