Directions

Superb product

"This is the most amazing product. I have issues with absorption of minerals and nutrients, however, this product works extremely well for me. My muscles tense and tighten quite severely and cause spinal issues which has become worse as I get older. I have been on magnesium supplements for decades but nothing comes near to this product for good absorption and very rapid easing of muscle tension. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!"
