Directions

Adults: To relieve inflammation, support the nervous system, and maintain healthy blood lipids: Take 1 soft capsule twice daily with food.
To maintain cardiovascular and heart health: Take 1 soft capsule daily with food.
To support pregnancy: Take 1 soft capsule daily with food.
Or take as directed by a healthcare professional.
Children 2-12 Years: Take Ethical Nutrients High Strength Omega-3 Fruit Punch or High Strength Omega-3 Kids.
