Description

Extra C Plus Zinc uses high strength, preferred forms of vitamin C that are gentler on the stomach and teeth. Vitamin C and zinc are key nutrients for a strong and healthy immune system, while bioflavonoids are found naturally in citrus fruits.

Directions

Adults:
For immune support: Take 1 tablet daily with food.
To reduce the severity and duration of a cold: Take 2 tablets twice daily with food.

Warnings

Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. The maximum recommended daily dose (4 tablets) contains 279mg of sodium. Not suitable for children under two years of age without medical advice.
