Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period. This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Contains 20mg of caffeine per tablet. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80mg of caffeine. Taking this product, and a caffeine intake more than 200 mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please seek advice from your healthcare professional before using this supplement. In rare cases, Camellia sinensis and Curcuma species may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching.
Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
