Calm Care for Kids helps ease stress and hyperarousal, common causes of poor sleep by enhancing calming GABA activity in the nervous system. Passionflower supports mental and physical relaxation, magnesium helps reduce arousal signals, and α-casozepine (Lactium®) binds to calming receptor sites. Together, these ingredients promote a sense of calm and support restful sleep in children.[1–3]

Effects begin after ingestion, though timing varies. In adults, passionflower may show calming effects within 10 minutes.[4] Consistent use and correct dosage are key for best results.

"Son likes the taste, I'm still undecided on if this product is really helping or not as he still struggles to fall asleep hes only been using this product for one jar so far."
— Stephanie (4/5)
"Can someone help me with different ways to get this into my 2-year old, i'm sure it's good but struggling to get him to digest it. Tried smoothie/juice/lemonade/water! The lemonade one he does drink most of it, but feel it's not ideal to use this every day!"
— Alexandra A. (3/5)
"Improved sleep but the kids don't like the flavor, as much as I love the product I won't repurchase. A new flavor would be great."
— Mel E. (3/5)
"I can't be sure if this is all due to this product as we are also supplementing iron and vitamin D, but after 4 days of using this powder, the length my 2 year old son's night wakes went from HOURS per wake to about 15-20 minutes. He's no longer screaming when waking up. His mood has drastically improved during the day because he's finally getting better sleep. Would recommend trying this if you have a kid is hyper or manic and struggles to stay asleep/wind down."
— Charlotte (5/5)
"Sadly did not assist with my toddler who has suffered midnight wakeups and an early 4am rise for the last few months. He loved the taste though!"
— Lucinda (2/5)
"Both my kids absolutely hated the flavour but helps in relaxing and sleeping. Will be nice to have nice flavour like the adults calm x."
— Chia (2/5)
"Whoever thinks this flavour is nice and for kids needs a recheck. My daughter won’t go near it and since going online I can see that an abundance of people feel the same way. It needs to be a simple tropical flavour. I do not recommend- unless you don’t mind wasting money."
— Susanna M. (1/5)
"Unfortunately neither of my kids liked the flavour so won’t try it again to see if it will help with sleep at night. My boys are 4 and 6."
— Hayley (2/5)
"My kids are definitely sleeping a lot better, but they also love the flavour of this product. It’s a perfect bed time blend."
— Ellyn (5/5)
