Directions

Serving suggestions (Adults):
Add 1 serve (20.0g) (2 metric tablespoons) into your choice of beverage and allow 30 seconds for collagen to dissolve, or
Add 1 serve (20.0g) (2 metric tablespoons) into your choice of food.
