Eligibility 

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. 
• To enter, participants must: 
• Spend $100 or more (AUD) in a single transaction during the Promotion Period; and 
• Be an active member of the Wellness Rewards by Metagenics loyalty program at the time of entry. 
• Multiple entries are permitted, provided each qualifying transaction meets the minimum spend requirement. 
• Employees of Metagenics (including practitioners), associated companies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 

How to Enter 

To enter, eligible participants must: 

• Spend $100 or more in a single transaction on the Metagenics online store during the Promotion Period; and 
• Be or become a member of Wellness Rewards by Metagenics. 
• Eligible entrants receive one (1) entry per eligible transaction. 

Prize Details 

• There will be one (1) major prize winner. 
• The winner will receive: 
• One (1) $3,000 Luxury Escapes Gift Voucher (AUD), valid for Luxury Escapes packages in accordance with Luxury Escapes’ Gift Card Terms & Conditions; and
• Reimbursement of the cost of one (1) general wellness consultation with a qualified Natural Healthcare Practitioner, equal to the actual consultation fee charged by the selected practitioner and confirmed once the practitioner is selected, subject to verification and approval. The practitioner must be a registered Metagenics Healthcare Practitioner.
  • Metagenics will contribute up to the value of $400 (1) one consultation with a qualified Natural Healthcare Practitioner of the winners choosing, any additional costs outside of the consultation will not be covered. 
  • The Practitioner must be a registered Metagenics customer.  
  • If the winner doesn’t currently have a registered Metagenics Healthcare Practitioner, they can choose one from our Find a Practitioner tool on our website.  
  • If you are already connected with a registered Metagenics Healthcare Practitioner, please notify Metagenics so we can confirm their eligibility.  
  • To receive the contribution, you’ll need to provide written proof of the consultation cost and payment.  
  • Reimbursement will be in the form of a Prezzee digital gift card, supplied by our customer care team. 
  • Reimbursement will only be made upon approval of submitted documentation. 

Total prize pool value: up to $3,400 AUD, including: 

• Luxury Escapes Gift Voucher: $3,000 AUD 
• Practitioner consultation: estimated recommended retail value (RRP) up to $400 AUD 

Luxury Escapes Gift Voucher Conditions: 

• Voucher valid for 3 years from date of issue. 
• Not redeemable for cash. 
• Redeemable only on eligible Luxury Escapes packages. 
• Full Luxury Escapes Terms & Conditions apply. 

The winner acknowledges that the prize will not be delivered immediately upon notification and that prize fulfilment is subject to Metagenics receiving the required information and documentation. 

General Conditions 

1. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. 
2. Metagenics may verify entries and disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process or do not comply with these Terms & Conditions. 
3. Metagenics is not responsible for errors relating to incorrect contact details supplied by entrants. 
4. Issues related to the use or redemption of the Luxury Escapes Voucher fall under Luxury Escapes’ Terms & Conditions. 
5. If the promotion cannot proceed as planned (due to fraud, interference, or unforeseen issues), Metagenics may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion. 
6. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Metagenics’ Privacy Policy. 
7. By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and all decisions by Metagenics, which are final. 

Limitation of Liability 

To the extent permitted by law, Metagenics (including its officers, employees, agents and contractors) will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or claim arising from or in connection with participation in this promotion or acceptance or use of the prize, including but not limited to: 

• Use or redemption of the Luxury Escapes Gift Voucher; 
• attendance at or participation in the practitioner consultation; or 
• any act or omission of third-party service providers. 

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by law.  

Privacy 
Metagenics will collect, use, store, and disclose personal information provided by entrants for the purposes of administering this promotion, including verifying eligibility, conducting the prize draw, contacting winners, issuing prizes, and facilitating the practitioner consultation. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Metagenics’ Privacy and Credit Reporting Policy and the Wellness Rewards Collection Notice, both available on the Metagenics website. 

By entering, participants consent to Metagenics sharing their personal information with third-party service providers, including Luxury Escapes (for voucher issuance) and the nominated Metagenics Healthcare Practitioner (for consultation scheduling and fulfilment), solely for prize administration purposes. 

Entrants can review how Metagenics collects, uses, and discloses personal information and their rights under the Privacy Policy. 

Prize Draw and Notification

• The prize draw will be conducted by random electronic draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
• The draw will take place on 18 February 2026 at Metagenics Head Office, Northgate, Brisbane QLD.
• The winner will be contacted via the email address associated with their Wellness Rewards account.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 5 business days, a redraw will be conducted on the 2nd March 2026 at Metagenics Head Office, Northgate, Brisbane QLD.
• If the redraw winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days, Metagenics reserves the right to conduct further redraws every 5 business days until the prize is successfully awarded.
   
  All redraws will take place at the same location and using the same process as the original draw.
