Eligibility 

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. 

To enter, participants must be an active Wellness Rewards member at the time of purchase and place an eligible order during the Promotion Period. 

Product subscription renewals are excluded from entry. 

Multiple entries are permitted, provided each qualifying transaction. 

Employees of Metagenics, Practitioner Account Holders and registered business accounts, associated companies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 

How to Enter 

To enter, eligible participants must be an active Wellness Rewards member at the time of purchase and place an eligible non-business order on the Metagenics online store during the Promotion Period. 

Eligible entrants receive one (1) entry per eligible transaction. 

Prize Details 

There will be one (1) major prize winner. 

The winner will receive: 

One (1) $3,000 Webjet digital gift card (AUD), subject to Webjet Gift Card Terms & Conditions. 

Total prize pool value: up to $3,000 AUD

Not redeemable for cash.

The winner acknowledges that the prize will not be delivered immediately upon notification and that prize fulfilment is subject to Metagenics receiving the required information and documentation. 

Prize Draw and Notification 

The prize draw will be conducted by random electronic draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. 

The draw will take place on 29 June 2026 at Metagenics Head Office, Northgate, Brisbane QLD. 

The winner will be contacted within 5 business days of the draw using the contact details associated with their order. 

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 5 business days, a redraw will be conducted. 

If the redraw winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days, Metagenics reserves the right to conduct further redraws every 5 business days until the prize is successfully awarded. 

All redraws will take place at the same location and use the same process as the original draw. 

General Conditions 

Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. 

Metagenics may verify entries and disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process or do not comply with these Terms & Conditions. 

Metagenics is not responsible for errors relating to incorrect contact details supplied by entrants. 

Issues related to the use or redemption of the Webjet gift card fall under Webjet’s Terms & Conditions. 

If the promotion cannot proceed as planned, Metagenics may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion. 

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Metagenics’ Privacy Policy. 

By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions. 

Limitation of Liability 

To the extent permitted by law, Metagenics (including its officers, employees, agents and contractors) will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or claim arising from or in connection with participation in this promotion or acceptance or use of the prize, including but not limited to: 

use or redemption of the Webjet Gift Voucher; 

any act or omission of third-party service providers. 

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by law.  

Privacy 

Metagenics will collect, use, store, and disclose personal information provided by entrants for the purposes of administering this promotion, including verifying eligibility, conducting the prize draw, contacting winners, issuing prizes, and facilitating the practitioner consultation. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Metagenics’ Privacy and Credit Reporting Policy and the Wellness Rewards Collection Notice, both available on the Metagenics website.

By entering, participants consent to Metagenics sharing their personal information with third-party service providers, including Webjet (for voucher issuance), solely for prize administration purposes. 

Entrants can review how Metagenics collects, uses, and discloses personal information and their rights under the Privacy Policy .
