Eligibility 
  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. 
  • To enter, participants must place an eligible order with minimum order value of $50, during the Promotion Period. 
  • Multiple entries are permitted, provided each order is a qualifying transaction. 
  • Employees of Metagenics, Practitioner Account Holders and registered business accounts, associated companies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 
To enter, participants must:  
  • Spend $80 AUD or more in a single transaction during the Promotion Period via www.metagenics.com.au
  • Be an active member of the Wellness Rewards by Metagenics loyalty program at the time of entry.
  • Multiple entries are permitted, provided each qualifying transaction meets the minimum spend requirement.
  • Employees of the Promoter, related bodies corporate, associated agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
  • To enter, eligible participants must place an eligible non-business order on the Metagenics online store during the Promotion Period, minimum order value $50, using the code HELLOFRESH 
  • Eligible entrants will receive free shipping on their orders. 
  • Eligible entrants receive one (1) entry per eligible transaction. 
Prize Details 
There will be one (1) prize winner. 
The winner will receive: 
  • Three (3) weeks of HelloFresh, subject to HelloFresh Terms & Conditions. 
  • Total prize pool value: up to $989.00 AUD*,  
    • *maximum box for 6 people for 6 nights over 3 weeks.
HelloFresh Digital Terms and Conditions:
  • Subject to HelloFresh Terms & Conditions. 
  • Not redeemable for cash. 
  • HelloFresh terms apply. 
  • The winner acknowledges that the prize will not be delivered immediately upon notification and that prize fulfilment is subject to Metagenics receiving the required information and documentation. 
Prize Draw and Notification 
  • The prize draw will be conducted by random electronic draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will be conducted using a computerised random selection system. 
  • The draw will take place on 22 June 2026 at Metagenics Head Office, Northgate, Brisbane QLD. 
  • The winner will be contacted within 5 business days of the draw using the contact details associated with their order. 
  • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 5 business days, a redraw will be conducted. 
  • If the redraw winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days, Metagenics reserves the right to conduct further redraws every 5 business days until the prize is successfully awarded. 
All redraws will take place at the same location and use the same process as the original draw.  
General Conditions 
  1. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  2. Metagenics may verify entries and disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process or do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
  3. Metagenics is not responsible for errors relating to incorrect contact details supplied by entrants.
  4. Issues related to the use or redemption of the three (3) weeks of HelloFresh boxes fall under HelloFresh Terms & Conditions. 
  5. If the promotion cannot proceed as planned (due to fraud, interference, or unforeseen issues), Metagenics may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion.
  6. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Metagenics’ Privacy Policy.
  7. By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and all decisions by Metagenics, which are final.  
Limitation of Liability 
To the extent permitted by law, Metagenics (including its officers, employees, agents and contractors) will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or claim arising from or in connection with participation in this promotion or acceptance or use of the prize, including but not limited to: 
  • use or redemption of the three (3) weeks of HelloFresh boxes; 
  • any act or omission of third-party service providers. 
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy 
Metagenics will collect, use, store, and disclose personal information provided by entrants for the purposes of administering this promotion, including verifying eligibility, conducting the prize draw, contacting winners, issuing prizes. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Metagenics’ Privacy and Credit Reporting Policy and the Wellness Rewards Collection Notice, both available on the Metagenics website. 
By entering, participants consent to Metagenics sharing their personal information with third-party service providers, including HelloFresh (for voucher issuance), solely for prize administration purposes.
