After working in regular physio clinics for 10 years.I felt there was a need to expand my skill set to treat clients more holistically .I trained as an acupuncturist in 2002 and also completed my training as a pilates instructor around the same time .In recent yers I have also qualified as a yoga therapy instructor .With these skills I feel I can address chronic pain conditions with a holistic approach .My passion is to empower my clients to understand how to exercise their way to health whist supporting their journey with acupuncture and hands on physio
