Dr Simon Hristov’s passion for health began through Rugby League, playing semi-professionally for the Western Reds, representing NSW Universities, and competing internationally for Greece. His sporting background sparked a deep interest in body mechanics, recovery, and performance.

Simon focuses on correcting spinal and joint dysfunction using safe, effective techniques, combined with rehabilitation, corrective exercise, dry needling, lifestyle advice, and nutritional support.
