I am a Bachelor of Health Science qualified clinical naturopath and personal trainer with over 20 years’ experience in health and wellness. Working from a science-informed, holistic foundation, I specialise in identifying the root cause of imbalance and craft personalised strategies across nutrition, lifestyle, herbal and targeted supplementation. My areas of focus include hormone balance, digestive health, weight management, sports nutrition, musculoskeletal health and healthy ageing, with particular expertise in supporting women through perimenopause and menopause. I welcome clients at every life stage.
