Brooke, who now goes by the name Meredith, has worked all over the world, setting up health retreats and consulting to the world's rich and famous including actors, models, musicians, royalty and the business elite. Her passion is giving people control over their health, connecting them to their true human capacity and helping her clients to live a balanced life. She does this using teachings from Nutritional and naturopathic medicines, Ayurveda and Yoga. Yogic philosophy underpins all that she does.
