Started studying naturopathy straight from high school when I was 17, Graduated at 21, been living the life of a naturopath since then. Now 30 years later utilising all my skill. Naturopathy, Acupuncture, Remedial Massage, Nutrition and lifestyle skills to support individuals. I prefer to wrk closely with my clients. Often working with entire families supporting tyhreee generations in health and wellness. Private retreats are my way to feel supported and nourished to the core.
