Oura Ring Giveaway – Loyalty Spend Competition Terms & Conditions

Promoter: Metagenics (Aust) Pty Ltd (Metagenics) 
Promotion Period: 
The promotion commences at 12:00am (AEST) on Friday 22 May 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Tuesday 26 May 2026  

Eligibility 
  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. 
To enter, participants must:  
  • Spend $80 AUD or more in a single transaction during the Promotion Period via www.metagenics.com.au
  • Be an active member of the Wellness Rewards by Metagenics loyalty program at the time of entry.
  • Multiple entries are permitted, provided each qualifying transaction meets the minimum spend requirement.
  • Employees of the Promoter, related bodies corporate, associated agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 
How to Enter 
  • To enter, eligible participants must:
  • Spend $80 or more in a single transaction on the Metagenics online store during the Promotion Period; and
  • Be or become a member of Wellness Rewards by Metagenics.
  • Eligible entrants receive one (1) entry per eligible transaction. 
Prize Details 
There will be one (1) prize winner. 
The winner will receive: 
  • One (1) Oura Ring, model and finish subject to availability, with a maximum value of approximately $799 AUD 
Prize Conditions 
  • The winner will be contacted by the Promoter’s customer service team to: 
  • Confirm delivery details; and
  • Nominate their preferred Oura Ring size and colour, subject to availability.
  • The Oura Ring will be purchased by the Promoter after winner confirmation.
  • The winner is solely responsible for selecting the correct size and preferred product variant. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or product preference after order confirmation.
  • The prize does not include any subscription costs associated with use of the Oura Ring. Any ongoing or optional subscription fees are the responsibility of the winner.
  • The winner acknowledges that prize fulfilment is dependent on providing all requested information within a reasonable timeframe.  
Prize Draw and Notification 
  • The prize draw will be conducted by random electronic draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
  • The draw will take place on 29 May 2026 at Metagenics Head Office, Northgate, Brisbane QLD.
  • The winner will be contacted via the email address associated with their Wellness Rewards account.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 5 business days, a redraw will be conducted on the 8th June 2026 at Metagenics Head Office, Northgate, Brisbane QLD.  
If the redraw winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days, Metagenics reserves the right to conduct further redraws every 5 business days until the prize is successfully awarded. 
All redraws will take place at the same location and use the same process as the original draw.  
General Conditions 
  1. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  2. Metagenics may verify entries and disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process or do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
  3. Metagenics is not responsible for errors relating to incorrect contact details supplied by entrants.
  4. Issues related to the use or redemption of the Oura Ring fall under Oura’s Terms & Conditions.
  5. If the promotion cannot proceed as planned (due to fraud, interference, or unforeseen issues), Metagenics may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion.
  6. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Metagenics’ Privacy Policy.
  7. By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and all decisions by Metagenics, which are final.  
Limitation of Liability 
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, agents and contractors) is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or claim arising from or in connection with participation in this promotion or acceptance or use of the prize, including but not limited to: 
  • use of the Oura Ring;
  • subscription or third‑party service costs; or
  • any act or omission of third‑party suppliers. 
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by law. 
Shipping 
  • The prize will only be delivered to an Australian address provided by the winner.
  • Delivery timeframes may vary and are subject to supplier availability. 
Privacy 
Metagenics will collect, use, store, and disclose personal information provided by entrants for the purposes of administering this promotion, including verifying eligibility, conducting the prize draw, contacting winners, issuing prizes, and facilitating the practitioner consultation. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Metagenics’ Privacy and Credit Reporting Policy and the Wellness Rewards Collection Notice, both available on the Metagenics website. 
By entering, participants consent to Metagenics sharing their personal information with third-party service providers, including OURA Ring. 
Entrants can review how Metagenics collects, uses, and discloses personal information and their rights under the Privacy Policy.
