From tracking patient connections and active patient subscriptions to managing key metrics at a glance, everything is now streamlined to help you focus on what matters most - your patients and your practice.  

Patient Dashboard Overview

Key Highlights:

Get a clear view of patient engagement and activity with detailed performance metrics and actionable insights:

• Track new patient connections, their monthly orders and available credits, and patient active subscriptions.
• Review recent patient orders with subscription status and see a list of newly connected patients.
• Quickly add new patients and share your referral code with ease.
  

Note, the main Metagenics account user can view all patients in the Patient Dashboard when multiple practitioners have access to the same account. 

Patient & Referral Code Sharing

To share your referral code, click Share. You can share your code directly from the Patient Dashboard or through your Practitioner Profile. 

Your referral code gives you multiple options:

• Download and print the QR code (only available to those you have created a practitioner profile, to create one click here)
• Copy the referral code and send it to patients along with this link
• Share a link for easy access

When patients scan the QR code or visit the link, they’ll be directed to a form where they can enter their details and self-connect. 

Note: You can still register patients manually using the Add Patient button if you prefer.

• Summary of patient list with sales history for the last 18 months.
• Last order date to help track patient engagement. 
• Displays patients' total orders, order value, and product subscription status.
• Search and sort for quick navigation.

Change Log
