Shake It Body Composition Shake is a convenient way to stay full and achieve healthy body composition and nutritional goals while maintaining energy levels. Shake It shakes are great tasting, low carbohydrate protein shakes. They are based on a blend of whey and soy protein to achieve the nutritional advantages of optimal protein delivery for growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Shake It shakes can be used in conjunction with a healthy diet to provide correct macronutrient balance for people with specific body composition goals.

Directions

Add 1 level scoop (27.7g) to 200mL of water and shake or blend well.
Consume 1 serve daily, or use a half serve (13.8g) twice daily as a snack between meals.
