MetaPure EPA/DHA contain highly purified and concentrated Omega-3 fish oil from wild, ocean fresh, cold water fish. MetaPure EPA/DHA helps to relieve inflammation, supports a healthy cardiovascular system and balance of blood lipid levels. Directions

Adults: Take 2 soft capsules twice daily with meals.

To assist in the maintenance of cardiovascular health:
Take 1 soft capsule daily with meals.
