Description

Thermo Burn contains Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) from green tea to support metabolic rate when used in conjunction with a program of reduced intake of dietary calories and increased physical activity. 

Directions

Adults only:
For thermogenesis: Take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the afternoon with food.

For metabolism support: Take 1 tablet, three times daily (with each main meal), at least 3 hours apart.

Warnings

Contains 53mg total caffeine per tablet. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80mg of caffeine. Caffeine intake more than 200mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Limit the use of caffeine containing products (including tea and coffee) when taking this product. Caffeine interacts with the liver enzyme CYP1A2. Consult your health professional before taking with other medicines.

In rare cases, Camellia sinensis may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching.
